Nigel Prothero MBA, BSc (Hons), MCIM
Managing Director
Nigel is a leading high profile FM practitioner with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of facilities management gained from working with some of the UK’s largest specialist providers for both the public and private sectors throughout the UK and previously represented the UK largest services companies through the Business Services Association as their Chairman of Corporate and Parliamentary Communications.
In a number of his previous roles Nigel has a reputation for integrity, turning around ailing operational divisions and introducing robust management systems for the control and delivery of services. This experience combined with an MBA and extensive knowledge gained from senior management positions in sales, marketing, operations and commercial areas of the service industry provides Nigel with the breadth of expertise to establish Accuro as an innovative and customer focused business in which our staff have pride.
Nigel has a passion for combining the necessary business policies and procedures that ensure full compliance with service requirements giving clients the freedom to focus on their business.
Alan Mason BSc (Hons), MBIFM,
Operations Director
Alan is responsible for the operational performance of all contracts held by Accuro and leading the development of the Accuro support services strategy. His role is to ensure delivery of service excellence to Accuro’s clients and ensuring that client expectations are met at all levels. Utilising his extensive experience in strategic Facilities Management and Client Relations across the Retail, Public and Private sectors, Alan continues to contribute to the development of robust operational management processes.

Glen Gatty B.Com (Accounting). FCCA
Group Finance Director
Glen is an integral part of the Group's Executive Management team and the first point of contact for all financial accounting matters.
In managing his team he takes a hands-on approach to all aspects of his work.
A highly motivated and focused Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glen is responsible
for the financial management, monitoring and accounting records of all the Group companies.
His career includes
financial management responsibilities within the banking, property development and house building sectors.
Sylvia Leach BA (Hons), MCIPD
Human Resources Director
Sylvia has extensive Human Resources experience in a variety of organisations and sectors. A highly motivated Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, she sees the role of HR as critical to the success of any organisation by ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to do their role to their highest potential. This is coupled with a strong belief that clear systems, processes and guides will give employees the freedom to focus on what is important.
Sylvia is responsible for establishing the direction of Human Resources in response to the Company’s strategic plan and delivering the operational HR strategy. She is a key player in the development of the business as part of the management board team. Sylvia ensures that HR solutions are pragmatic and commercial, taking into account the risks and benefits to the business..
Sylvia has a collaborative style, working with managers to develop and motivate employees to achieve the Company objectives as the organisation grows into a large and substantial FM organisation.
Stephen Goodall
Business Development Manager (UK)
Stephen’s role is to create and spearhead the strategy and sales & marketing for non-group sales and facilitate Accuro’s growth and development. He aims to ensure we are not only commercially viable and deliverable but also noticeably unique in our adoption of best practice and innovation to the client as standard. The focus is very much to ensure that what is purchased by a client is simply THE best option.
With a long & successful track record in sales and development covering such markets as advertising, media, publishing, data mining and facilities management as well as extensive project management experience, Stephen also has a good understanding of business and its drivers, after starting and running his own successful data mining and publishing company.

David Morgan BA (Hons), MA, ABIFM
Operations Manager - Healthcare Specialist
David manages all hard and soft services for Accuro’s flagship PFI community hospital, based in Brent.
Working in partnership with the NHS David is committed to the continuous improvement of service delivery. With an in-depth knowledge of the stringent guidelines for hard and soft service provision in healthcare David ensures that all contractual and legislative requirements are met and client expectations exceeded. This approach has led to an excellent outcome from the Care Quality Commission infection control audit and a five star ‘Score on the Door’ rating for kitchen health & safety.
In light of the government’s white paper on the NHS David is working on adding value and reducing costs to allow the NHS the freedom to focus on patient care.

Tony Quy DipSM, MIIRSM, MBIFM
Health & Safety Specialist
Tony has full responsibility for the Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments for Accuro. He brings extensive experience of Facilities & Contract management, along with his expertise in Health & Safety auditing and delivering detailed training to Accuro people.
In addition, Tony undertakes the Facilities Management of both the Head Office, at Buckingham Palace Road, and the Guildhouse-Rosepride complex at Lansdowne Road in Croydon.

Steven Guite. BA (Hons), Prince2
Procurement Specialist
Steve has been with Accuro for 5 years, originally employed as a Facilities Manager, and has a strong M&E background.
Throughout Accuro’s growth, Steve has focused on the need to develop our procurement processes to manage purchasing and provision of the varied services within our client portfolios.
During recent years Steve has successfully implemented Accuro’s new and revised procurement function. In doing so he has rationalised the wide range of national contracts for FM services and suppliers of equipment and consumables, with a focus on legal compliance, best practice and economy being at the forefront of our objectives.
Our processes enable us to ensure all suppliers are subject to a stringent due diligence process, before being allowed on to our Approved Suppliers List.
Patricia Hay-Justice, MBIFM
Quality Specialist
Patricia has a degree in hospitality management, commencing her 20 year career in hotels which has later ventured to Facilities Management in both the public and private sector. Besides her enthusiasm for Quality, she has been part of PFI design & build teams, mobilisations, relocations and capital projects.
Patricia’s role in quality management has many competing priorities but maintaining quality standards will always be at the top of her list.
The reputation of any company is synonymous with the quality of output, be this products or services. It is vital that the quality of our output is maintained and as Quality champion it is Patricia’s role to ensure that our high standards set out in IS09001 are in operation throughout Accuro.
Mansoor Ahmad BEng (HONS), MSc.
IT Specialist
With over 10 years experience in IT, Construction Project Management and Engineering, Mansoor has worked in the areas of tenant liaison, compulsory purchase order and risk management.
Mansoor’s main role is the implementation and management of the Group wide systems and he now ensures that both the skills and expertise that are needed are in place to implement and support ICT Systems within the Group, its subsidiaries and ongoing joint ventures.
Alan Cordell
Mechanical & Electrical Specialist
Alan is a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 30 years experience in the Building Services Industry. He has project managed installation and maintenance contracts for a wide range of clients in the commercial, industrial and government sectors. His wealth of knowledge contributes to Accuro delivering the highest levels of service to the client’s properties; mechanical and electrical plant and equipment, ensuring all statutory requirements are met enabling delivering of optimum life expectancy.
Alan’s extensive experience means he is well placed when managing maintenance contracts for building services, mechanical and electrical plant systems, and controls as well as leading a team of directly employed mobile service engineers and specialist subcontractors dealing with emergency and remote call outs.
