Accuro Office Assistants is a unique service offering. There will be a multitude of tasks which are performed by your staff that distract them from the job they should be doing. Jobs such as; setting up meeting rooms, filling vending machines or photocopiers. In fact we’ve identified over 30 tasks which could be carried out by your Office Assistant freeing up valuable time for your team. Tasks are agreed on a daily basis and recorded on a web based system.

Clean is clean and there’s no excuse for poor service or subjectivity in the end results. When you walk into your workspace you will know that your Accuro cleaner has been there. Your desk will be clear and clean, your chair placed just how you like it and your waste bin empty and sanitised.

Our day cleaners are efficient, silent and always willing to help in any way they can. Our training programme includes the task and chemical training you would expect but we go further with our “customer experience” training to ensure our team takes the same pride in your building that you do.

Visibility is a key factor in ensuring the security and safety of your people and property. The guarding team are highly visible, trained and experienced. But we don’t stop there! We train our guards to assist in way finding, fire marshalling and first aid. The guards’ movements are tracked and recorded with a state of the art GPS system.
