Hospitals
Willesden Centre for Health & Care
Willesden Centre for Health & Care is one of the most important community hospitals in London procured through the PFI route.
Providing a one stop community health facility, departments include clinical, outpatients, women's services, young disabled person's ward, rehabilitation, mental health and children's unit. Primary care facilities include GP surgeries, dentistry and pharmaceutical services.
Accuro has been awarded a 25 year contract to provide all non-clinical aspects of the building covering cleaning, catering, reception, porters, ward assistants and maintenance services.
Health Centres
Norfolk LIFT
A 20-year partnering agreement between Guildhouse and the North Norfolk, West Norfolk and Southern Norfolk Primary Trusts. Current projects include:
- 'One Stop' Health Centre, Thetford.
- Surgery & Health Centre, Swaffham.
- Surgery & Health Centre, Sheringham.
- Surgery & Health Centre, Terrington St Clement, Kings Lynn.
Accuro have been appointed by Norlife as part of this partnering agreement to maintain and replace, when necessary, all aspects of the fabric and plant for the 25 year life of each health facility.
Retail
Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre
Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre is one the best examples of an open access shopping environment in the UK. Appointed to manage the Hard and Soft services by owners SCOOP, Accuro provides an on-site team to manage this valuable asset and support the retail tenant’s needs.
As well as the usual services Accuro also provides the client with Footfall numbers, (created and) manages the website and provides a communication point with the local borough council.
Services are provided by an in-house team and regional specialist sub-contractors and suppliers. Accuro’s green credentials are at the fore at Fremlin Walk with 98.7% of all waste being recycled.
Commercial
Nottinghamshire Police Authority Operational Support Headquarters
As part of a 25 year PFI contract, Accuro manages the Nottinghamshire Police Authority's Operational Support Headquarters.
Accuro's contract includes the provision and maintenance of all services relating to the building, including specialised police equipment.
The facility functions 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Accuro manages commercial buildings for clients. In addition to covering all aspects of the building maintenance and security, we act as the landlord's representative on all aspects of the building including:
- Marketing the space.
- Negotiating and signing leases.
- Collection of all building related charges.
- Production of property accounts.
